NHAI FASTag is a “bank-neutral” FASTag i.e. no bank is pre-assigned to the FASTag at the time of purchase by the customer and may be linked to a saving bank account/a wallet.
It offers the flexibility to a customer to link the FASTag with his or her existing bank account by using My FASTag mobile app.
Currently 7 banks viz, SBI, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, IndusInd Bank, Paytm Payments Banks and Equitas SF Bank are live on the My FASTag App (Currently Available on Google Playstore) and more banks are in the process of being added.
1.. For New Tag, Goto here , Add product in cart, enter shipping address, Submit other details and pay applicable tag amount.
(Note: Our executive will call you regarding verification of your mobile number by generating an OTP. Request you to please co-operate and provide him the verification OTP on call.)
2.. Mobile Verification is a mandatory step.
3.. Post that, Our POS executive will activate your NHAI FASTag by entering your vehicle RC details. You will receive Proof Of Fitment on your email id.
(Note: This is not a self-activation NHAI FASTag as advertised on other websites. Only a POS like us can activate it.)
4.. For Replacement Tag, goto here, Add replacement tag in cart, enter shipping address, Submit other details and pay applicable tag amount. Once you receive the tag, you can replace it yourself by logging in to your customer portal at https://fastag.ihmcl.com/
